Holiday Valley 2011-2012
Holiday Valley Ski Edit from 42/78 Parks
Some action out of the skiers who frequent 42/78 Parks at Holiday Valley.
WIKI: Freeskiing or Newschool skiing involves tricks, jumps, and terrain park features, such as rails, boxes, jibs, or other obstacles. This form of skiing resulted from a combination of the growth in popularity of snowboarding as well as the progression of Freestyle skiing. “Newschoolers”, or those who specifically ski in this style (as opposed to traditional freestylers, big mountain skiers, racers, etc.) are often found in terrain parks, which are designed specifically for tricks.
The great thing about the Cindy’s lift is that you can easily hook up with a crew and bomb either of the 42/78 parks which are accessible from the top. This is called “hot-laps”
Rome Stoken! Series 2011
Rome Snowboards returns to Holiday Valley Resort for the 2nd annual ‘Rome Stoken! Series’ Rome SDS brings you the end of season stoke you crave. Stoken is the un-contests of all contests. Paul Quiter POV with the Drift Sealth Camera
Paul Quiter takes out the Drift HD170 Stealth camera for some steezy POV footy. The Stealth helmet camera is not only good for your personal POV (point of view) but also for follow cams and monopod “Me” cam shots.
Paul also known as “Big Fall Paul” had recently recovered from a broken hip. Good to see you get back on that horse Paul…
Snoop and Dr. Dre lay down some flavor for Pauly to snowboard to.
Money End of Season POV Edit
After a season shooting with Drift HD170 and Stealth cameras, a “Money” edit was due. Local rippers: Adam, Cory, Cody, Sadam, Paul, Ryan, Marcus, Eric, Perks, Trey, and James all make the cut. Intro by Pat Morgan aka Pauly D.
Music: Money (Featuring Gary “Nesta” Pine & Dollarman) Dub Side of the Moon (A Reggae Version of Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon)
